“One day, a customer of ours, was desperately waiting for a delivery from us.
It was late in the day, when I tracked my driver on a map. The GPS report showed him at a rest area – presumably taking a quick break for gas and a coffee, however when I logged into the camera, there he was, leaning back in his seat with his eyes closed!!”
I called him right away and said “Joey, the customer is waiting for that shipment today! Let’s get back on the road and get it done today please!” – and everything worked out.
